According to Feeding America, more than 48.8 million people face the threat of hunger daily in the United States. To help address this reality, the Christian Mission's Food Services ministry serves thousands of meals a year to anyone in need through our soup kitchen, sit-down meals, homebound meals, food pantry, disaster relief, as well as food provided to local churches and organizations.
Hot Meals for the Homebound
Since 1984, the Christian Mission Centers have served hot meals to homebound residents in Coffee and Geneva Counties. These areas include the cities of Enterprise, Elba, and Hartford. For additional info or to sign up, please contact Joel Fussell, Food Services Director, at 334-393-2607.

Holiday Food Drives
Each Thanksgiving and Christmas, a local business, Mitchell Nissan, partners with us to provide boxed meals to families in need around the holidays. For 15 years now, this partnership has allowed us to bless many families in the Wiregrass region around the holidays.
On- Site Meals
Every week, we provide three meals per day, 7 days a week out of our Christian Mission kitchen in Enterprise. These meals are provided for our shelter residents, New Life Recovery clients, employees, as well as walk-ups.
Want to Volunteer?
We offer many opportunities to volunteer and help distribute meals. There is always an ongoing need for volunteers to serve in the Food Pantry. Below are several of the other way you can volunteer:
- Deliver meals to the homebound clients
- Prepare and serve weekend meals (may be done with a group or as an individual)
-Food pantry sorting and organizing
-Clean up various areas of food services
A volunteer application may also be picked at the Enterprise office located at 231 Geneva Hwy.
